Is this a sexual service?

No. Naked Cleaning is strictly a domestic cleaning service. Any sexual contact, advance or request is a breach of contract and results in immediate termination.

How are cleaners vetted?

ID verification, enhanced DBS background check, interview and probationary period. We re-verify annually.

Do you operate in my area?

We take bookings in cities and towns across the UK. Use our locations page to check your area — availability varies, and we'll confirm a cleaner before your booking is final.

Is my booking confidential?

Yes. Bookings appear on your card statement as 'NC Services Ltd'. Cleaners arrive in plain clothes.

What if I am not satisfied?

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll send a cleaner back to put it right at no extra cost. If we can't, we'll refund the affected part of your booking.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes — both clients and cleaners must be 18 or over. ID is verified on signup.
